Calltree Skin V 0.9.2

Compiles with Valgrind-20030716.

• Can be compiled with newest snapshot release of Valgrind (20030716)
• Added interactive querying of (I)nfo/(S)tate. Try "echo I >cachegrind.cmd" in a working directory of a running calltree process and look into generated "cachegrind.res". Or "echo S >...". This will be used for GUI control of calltree in KCachegrind. Other commands: (D)ump, (Z)ero, (K)ill.
• Fixed bug for programs with active stackframes >500.
• Enhanced debug output (added option --ct-vstart)
